The rotational technique craze is making money. Shot put is really all about technique than raw power and these results prove it.

Wow, that shot put is unbelievable. Unfortunately I don't see Bukowiecki throwing more than 22,30. Even 22,15 would surprise me today.

I am unashamed, at getting nothing done.

Took them a while to master it, I remember a few years ago the rotational guys could hardly land a throw without fouling.
