Kamila Licwinko said all the athletes were convinced the qualifying was over after 14 athletes cleared 1,92m but the judges specifically wanted to drop two more so forced the competition to go on. Bad luck for Spencer & Trost here.

 

Btw, the new graphics is uber trash. Like mentioned before, they don't even bother listing athletes first names before the start or during the introductions :wacko:

How can you finish without a result in long jump? If you miss the marking board by let's say 10 centimeters, it could and should be counted as a 10 cm jump.

The same goes for triple jump, your result is the place where your foot touches the ground for the third time after the line.

The method you describe was used during ancient times when they were running through sand. But next season the board will be gone and they will use a take-off zone instead. I'm unsure whether they will measure the distance from the exact take-off spot though?

      What can you expect from a simple woman from Magadan? As long as she was just running around and not talking, it was okay, but since she became an head of the federation in Rus and started talking this nonsense, it turned out that she was empty-headed. On top of that, she's fat as a pig. Disgusting person inside and out.

      Rather negative     Both towards Vollering and towards the coach, who has been making a mess of this for years now (like Tokyo). Vollering literally said "it was not good for me that Markus and Vos were still in the front towards the end"     One of the most well-known journalists (albeit a bit of a drama queen, but in this case, he's right): "Absurdly bad race by Vollering.       There is a ton of evidence, even if you don't believe the Bible is real,  that israel is our ancestral land.  And we simply took what's ours.  And in fact there was never anyone named Palestinians there.   Simply a name given to the region by the Roman's.  But the actual people is just a collective of individuals from different Arab countries where they were kicked out from.  And we are expected to cater to them.   There are plenty of other countries that should take them.   Iran, qatar, Iraq, Kuwait, Yemen, Algeria,  libiya, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco to name a few.
