Well yes, they have two guys that are out of this world for south american level. 

 

Between them they won the singles, doubles (LW and regular), the 4s and the 8s.

 had players make it to quarterfinals in two separate events in badminton, but none were able to advance to the semifinals  

 

 with a terrific showing though.

Brazil won 58 medals in Swimming (34 gold medals out of 42 events)

 

Now that Swimming is over, in the next days I expect Colombia to get closer to Brazil in the medal count.
