nitinsanker 179 Posted September 17, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted September 17, 2018 For India alone my hopes are between 4-7 medals ....... In freestyle - deepak punia-86 , vishal - 70 , naveen -57 and sachin rathi abd sachin giri In greco - sajjan -77 and naveen ..... and in women anshu and manasi ....... best bets for gold would be deepak in free and sajjan in gr strength does not come from physical capacity but from an indomitable will. - Gandhi
Federer91 2,140 Posted September 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 17, 2018 We are sending a pretty big team, but have no idea how good they are. If we get some medals, it would be a success for us i guess.

MHSN 3,221 Posted September 17, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 17, 2018 (edited) this Kyrgyz kid Akzhol is something special. he is Asian "senior" champion. he won silver in Asian Games in Jakarta beating Olympic Champion Kim Hyeon-woo. and he is winning his matches quite easily here. he just ate our wrestler Afifi alive let's see what he can do against Russia in 3rd round. so far Nasserpour, Saravi and Mirzazadeh look good in the draw. let's see how far they can go. Afifi most probably will get another chance in repechage. and Maroufkhani also lost to Egypt and Egyptian guy is in semifinal already and has a good chance to go further. Edit: looks like I cursed the poor guy he lost 1-1 by caution to Russia and therefore eliminated our wrestler too !
