I think that the likeliest chance is for someone from Asia perhaps.

 

Also, would be nice for some more representation from South America again, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Venezuela, would be nice to see them again.

- performed by a band

- from the previous century

- not so famous (it doesn't have an English page on Wikipedia)
