Are videos of yesterday's winning runs available anywhere? Can't see it on FIS's YouTube or Twitter channels....it's as if for whatever reason they decided not to show anything anymore after the competitions..

I fear you have to do it on your own...Eurosport Player has the whole races as usual, in any case...

Qualifiers are done for the first ski cross World Cup of the season in a secret garden in China, the local wildcards didn't really make much of a dent as of yet...

Today's ski cross world cup in Zhangjiakou is the second WOG test event with spectators. Different from the Luge event that I knew the spectators news from media, I can see the crowds clearly on live with some close-up views today.

Damn, scary pictures of that hard fall with Chapuis and Bohnacker. Especially the creepy way Bohnacker was moving a few seconds later (like a seizure) while Chapuis was desperately trying to keep him calm and in a 'safe' position. Took quite a while for any of the Chinese officials to arrive there at all, Chapuis was visibly worried about Bohnacker's situation. Hopefully they'll be alright.

Is Secret Garden the Olympic track in the cross, by the way? Commentator says so and I would assume so, but Wikipedia mentions the Taiwu Ski Resort? Or is that the same thing? :d

It's the Olympic venue. Basically Taiwu and Secret Garden are at the same place(Chongli, Zhangjiakou) but run by different enterprises.

Both are correct.

Ski Cross will be in Thaiwoo Ski Resort which is a part of the Genting Snow Park a huge complex of Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding slopes and venues. The whole Genting Snow Park is nicknamed and more famous outside of China under the nickname Secret Garden

    • I used to think Johnston(e) - from some place John build (aka stone for building something hehe).   I'm not familiar if Scottish or Irish clans are named after such clan founder or a place?
    • i'm triggered,legitimately thought kennedy 2.0 happened,just way more out of nowhere
    • Perfectly obvious.    Johnson = son of John Johnston or Johnstone = From St John's Town ie Perth in Scotland.
    • Nope. Azu missed out by 0.01. Bromell lost silver by 0.001!
