I see on wikipedia and on official page of the tournament that we are already into group B, but heard today on our TV-news that Croatia, Serbia and today's winner will be drawn after France-Canada tonight. Anyone knows better?

Gallinari helped Croatia with his 5 fouls as well

well, actually he only made 1 foul...the other 4 were invented by mr. Boltauzer (together with the 4th by Hackett in the key moment of the game and many more whistles that cearly changed the path of the whole game)...:facepalm::wall:

then we can discuss about Italy's lack of offensive talent, about Gentile's shameful attitude, about Messina's building and tenure of the team and anything else, but yesterday's game were gifted to Croatia by mr. Baumann's hired killer, named Matej Boltauzer...

We qualified as expected. But guys were amazing during semis and in final game. Great, but great performance from entire team. Gudurić is new world top player.

Croatia is the biggest positive surprisse, nice to see another Balkans team in Rio. Congrats to neighbors

    • @hckošice, even though Tomankova lost, she had a good fight against Costa, I think soon she and Babulfath will be the stars of -48kg.

    • Yeah, we have such a strong crop of Juniors, that we can’t take them all. They all have exciting trajectories but to predict what Junior swimmers will is always difficult. Better to let them all swim together at Juniors than rocketing them all up to seniors and swimming a prelim and going home.
    • Hanlon is the most unlucky, in my opinion. Aside from relay cover, she's the 50m champ and they made a point of including consideration for those events being in LA for the other discretionary picks. Essentially she has the same case for selection as Max Morgan (albeit without the trajectory right now).   Blocksidge's form was way off this week (compared to her previous bests). Obviously being still young you could put that down to relative inexperience. Still, she has World and European Juniors that she could still be selected for this summer. There's an argument that performing well at those might be as beneficial as going to Singapore.   That said, I'm happy that they did take a bunch of discretionary picks. That's not always been the case.
