yeah, I should have been more specific...for me, OQT = British Consideration Time (as they say in the TV broadcast)

Renzo Tjon-A-Joe has received a Dutch passport and will most likely represent the Netherlands (if he qualifies of course) in Paris, instead of Suriname :(
