I think that Russia is out in men;s team sprint.

 

Germany,France,Netherlands,Great Britain,Australia,New Zealand,Poland,Venezuela and South Korea

After end qualifications we are on 8th place, on 7th place is Russia, what then? On top4 is NZ, Netherlands, France and Germany? Who is qualified, or we must wait yet?

You have quota for sure. It was 80 points difference before this championship.

Someone can answer this question?Russia is out from team sprint men, so Dmitriev and Shurshin can qualify in only one among keirin and sprint(in this case Dmitriev in sprint and Shurshin in keirin)  or they both can qualify in both disciplines?

They can both qualify in both disciplines.

I think in both. one nation can win two quotas via individual ranking
