They are the only africans here. If I'm not wrong, they just need to end one race to qualify

I'm not even sure. The thing with sailing is, even with DNCs across the board, you still get a rank. Unlike other sport where you get no rank.

 

We'll have to see, but Tunisia getting a spot by virtue of paying an entry fee would be something else...

Beyond disgusting 

 

I think IOC should enforce a rule akin that of ICF: at least 3 NOC's to contest a continental place, especially since you're taking it from other more deserving crews.
