Don't know what happened to :USA, their level wasn't great here (probably wouldn't qualify even if they made top 4). Their women's team is a favourite for a quota, though. and will battle for the second quota.

Brazil is going full force in Beach Volleyball with Duda/Ana Patrícia (World #1) and George/André (World #5).

In the men's tournament the loser of vs will get in semifinals which already will be a deciding match since the bronze medalist won't even have the chance to participate in the Olympic qualification tournaments. For me is slightly ahead for men's quota and is stronger on the women's side.

Just a question. According to the qualification regulations: "If an athlete attains a qualifying rank in both a Kayak and a Va'a medal event at the same qualification event, the NPC is allocated the Va'a qualification slot while the Kayak qualification slot is allocated to the next highest ranked athlete in the respective Kayak event (not otherwise qualified)." So that would mean that Brianna Hennessy gave a quota in VL2, but not KL1? (and there are some other cases like and in women's VL2/KL2)

A medal didn't happen this time, but is already incredible that for the first time we have qualified a group and an individual gymnast via Worlds qualification. So that's makes me hopeful for better results.
