    I also dislike race walking, but because they walk awkardly. I don't find it interesting at all. Instead, the Olympics and other games should have half-marathons and 4 x 5km mixed relays.

    A relay race is a proper competition, unlike decathlon / heptathlon, where you need a results table and a calculator to know who won.

    I really like the tirnoduction of the 4x 400 metres mixed relay race. I'd like to see mixed releys too at 4x 1600 steeplechase and 4x 5 km.

    Meanwhile, the Men's Volleyball Challenger Cup will be played on June 20-24. The South American qualifier had just four teams: Chile, Perú, Paraguay and Bolivia. So no Colombia, Uruguay, Ecuador or Venezuela The Asian qualifier had just three teams: Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Chinese Taipei. So no India, Qatar, Indonesia, Phillipines, etc Mexico won't play the Norceca qualifier.

    ESPN aired the UEFA WCL final match live in Latin America. 3 years ago it was nearly impossible to watch any women's football here.

    True about Japan. But Central America and the Caribbean would benefit a lot of having national teams play at home versus the United States and Japan.

    Triathlon mixed team relays sound interesting. However, the ITU doesn't seem to bother to sell live TV rights in Latin America.

    In the men's tournament, Los Pumas 7s have already qualified. Brazil, Uruguay and Chile will fight for the two spots. In the women's tournament, the candidates are Brazil, Colombia and Argentina.
