    The ocagames.com website has been down for a while, but maybe they’ll update it after the Games. For what it’s worth, Bornan didn’t post the results books for San Salvador 2023. It might just take a lot of downloading to save the results time.

    My body appears to have decided it doesn’t like multi-sports games in China. Just like during Beijing 2022, I am once again experiencing some odd medical issues. It really is a strange parallel. Hopefully my doctors get to the bottom of it this time. On the other hand, it might be time to proactively schedule appointments during The World Games 2025

    India nearly had to withdraw from hosting the 2010 Commonwealth Games, and South Africa did withdraw from hosting the 2022 Commonwealth Games. They may have inadvertently already told the IOC the information they wanted to know.

    Yes, navigating the quagmire of potential titles can be difficult. The host country’s attitude towards the video game industry may also be a complicating factor in this case. That said, the AESF is a reasonably established continental federation. This isn’t their first rodeo.

    It’s not just esports. There’s dumb formats on show across the whole program. I don’t really know the reasoning for it, but this event has not left me impressed with the OCA.

    Also, if I reacted to your message with an “up vote” reaction, it means I’ve acknowledged your desire to participate. I plan to have a table up as soon as possible. The process may move quicker if someone would be willing to create a few table templates for me. It’s the only area where I’ll struggle to get work done alone.

    While I love both Venice Beach and Lake Tahoe, the final will be in a different location.

    It’s been a weird cycle. I definitely feel like interest/entries are down from the last edition. It doesn’t help the qualification process has been mildly confusing at best, in most cases.

    could have entered the Mixed Team Air Pistol event if Elhege was gifted a quota on the men’s side… This is an Olympic qualification event. CONATIRO should honestly find an athlete for all 244 quotas

    I’ve been between jobs for a bit, but earlier this year I began a part-time job with a local youth skateboarding league in Southern California. I just realized one of the skateboarders will be competing in women’s park today. I’ll have to catch a replay, but kind of a neat/odd connection to the Games.
