  1. Watching the beach handball women's semi final, Hungary - Argentina, and the commentator is in trouble: "I have to admit, I'm red-green colorblind and I'm having major trouble seeing which of the Hungarians is wearing the other colour"
  2. Just watched the men's tennis bronze medal match...Dalibor Svrcina must be one of the most stupid tennis players ever? Smashing the ball into the audience at match point for the opponents, resulting in a point penalty and losing the match...idiot.
  3. Some sensational times in Inzell already. http://speedskatingresults.com/index.php?p=4&e=19905 Vanessa Herzog 37.61 Kjeld Nuis 1:07.70 (and Kai Verbij 1:08.26) Sven Kramer 6:10.97 (and Patrick Roest 6:13.00)
  4. Yes, because no under-16 year old has ever heard or said 'shit'
  5. Rich people, I would guess.
  6. Still makes him way better than every other swimmer these Youth Olympics in the 100 free
  7. Junior competition in general isn't all about medals, but in general it does help if you're good already Although yes, plenty of great juniors in any random sport don't really make it in the seniors and plenty of great seniors weren't that impressive in the juniors.
  8. 47.85 100 freestyle split for Kolesnikov With a 'flying start' though this time so probably around the same as his 48.0 as lead swimmer earlier The commentator was a bit annoying, going over the top of enthousiasm at Kolesnikov making up so much ground....well yeah, the by far best 100 free swimmer of these Youth Olympics was swimming against two 'alright' female swimmers, of course he is gonna make up a huge amount of time.
  9. This 0-2 (0:20)
  10. Another one entering just too high.
  11. 14-year old Wang swims to bronze
  12. Minakov wins the 100 free, his 6th gold in 6 events, in 49.23...a time Kolesnikov would swim for breakfast if he had decided to swim the individual 100 free (he had 48.0 in the relay, as starter).
  13. 6 events, 6 golds for Kolesnikov
  14. Wow, the St Lucian dude is good.
  15. Nazi Yari of Afghanistan also has no clue how these starts work
  16. Let's go Also, Slovak alert @hckosice (girl's 100m)
  17. How does the jumping work here? https://www.buenosaires2018.com/results/en/equestrian/results-jumping-individual-fnl-000100-.htm?lng=nl Everyone but two qualified for the final? Do these results count in the final? And so many with 0 points, I guess it was way too easy
  18. The girl from Micronesia thought "stand up" meant "set" and got ready to start
  19. Good to see Li Shifeng won the badminton gold, he got very clearly robbed of a point while on match point in the 2nd game (it was 100% on the line but it was called out).
  20. Which is a win in itself Excellent fight for 8th place 18 seconds, that's around 20km/h. I can run that
  21. Princess Dunah of Liberia has absolutely no idea how this works...it's like she has literally never been in starting blocks before.
  22. Aminetou Fall of Mauritania is running in her pajamas.
  23. Why are these athletes barely able to simply put their feet behind the line at the start?
