  1. It's to get the NHL players to participate (and thanks for that )
  2. Not necessarily. The gender equality question May make some noticable changes in several sports.
  3. The Kalmar Union finished 19th with 4-12-14
  4. Just thought I wanted to show that I'm still alive after this fantastic win. I can't believe that we did it. Even though I was one of few who thought it could happen (at least of those I've talked with), I'm having a hard time believing that we've beaten the mighty french team! But what a way to end our Olympics and secure the 2nd gold, meaning that we still have to go back to Barcelona 1992 to see games where we've won less than 2 golds.
  5. Loving those views of "Danmark" (Our beautiful school ship). Abdi is doing great as well, so far.
  6. I didn't follow the women's tournament as closely as the men's (where most of all 4 rounds was on either my tv or computer), but it has been another very interesting one. Inbee Park played very well on 3 of the 4 rounds, and it was clear only a few holes in the 4th round that she would be out of reach. Meanwhile the world's no. 1, Lydia Ko had a rather mediocre start, but then rushed up the field with a great 3rd round. Shanshang Feng on the other hand played 4 solid, but not great rounds, making her 3rd. Sadly Nicole threw away the chance for medals with a quadruple bogey in the beginning of the 3rd round. Nanna could have wanted a slightly better 3rd round, just as she needed to be a bit better with the putter on the 4th. All in all I am in favour of golf staying after these 2 tournaments (no surprise, as I'm one of the most pro-golf members here). Some very good and exciting tournaments and it seems very clear that all the golfers who have been in Rio were very excited about being part of it. I would be very surprised if we see as many withdrawals for the golf in Tokyo.
  7. But then you'll be a rival (as I'm half swedish)
  8. Jeanette Ottesen - Swimming can be added as well.
  9. Our commentator said that it should have been before the 1500m MC.
  10. Though I like american football, it would be terrible in the Olympics. Would make the chinese table tennis medals seem unsecure
  11. They still haven't won medals in badminton, handball and table tennis throughout time!
  12. I feel sorry for you. Such a terrible Olympics for Finland...
  13. Even the slow races are suspicious? It was 16 seconds slower than his PB. That's quite a bit in a 1500m!
  14. Except for those burnt down bushes...
  15. Sadly it doesn't feel like Annika is in the greatest shape for these games
  16. Is it possible not to be amazed by Gunn-rita?
  17. Time for one of the highlights of my Olympics! Go Annika and Jenny!
  18. Norden doing well so far!
  19. What a great match by Viktor. And remember that he's just 22 years old!
