  1. Maybe finally someone born in the 90s can win a big title... Zverev, Kyrgios, Sock, Nishikori, it's on a silver plate this Masters. No Djokovic or Murray, Fed at 36 in back-to-back tournaments and the conditions in Miami haven't suited him for a decade, Stan out and Nadal who has never won this Masters in his illustrious career. What more would they need. Watch now how it is another Fedal final (not that i would complain)
  2. Actually we beat France at the weekend and now Bosnia, but that still counts.
  3. We are again with Turkey and Romania, jeez it's like a club league matches with them the last couple of years.
  4. Has the football world gone mad. First we beat Netherlands, then at U19 we beat France and actually qualify for the finals with only 8 teams.
  5. Amazing job by @tuniscof as usual. Is it possible when you have time to finish the Olympic ones from last year, plus eventually a general standings for last year? I think many would agree that we can sacrifice a month without contests now, so that those are finally sorted out.
  6. Yes, noone has said they don't want the wall, that would be suicidal for them. Our Socialist in contrast have said they want to extend the wall and not accept the relocation policy of the EU, much like a nationalistic party. By the way with the official results one party fell bellow the 4% barrier and we will have only 5 parties, which would bring up the seats for the top 2 parties. GERB - 32,6% - 95 seats Socilists - 27,2% - 80 United Patriots - 9,07% - 27 Turkish Party - 8,99% - 26 Volya (Will) - 4,15% - 12 121 is needed for a majority, which is enough for GERB + Patriots and eventually Volya.
  7. More specific? Nothing new than what it already is. We have the wall with Turkey, which is patrolled by the army. There isn't much traffic like in 2015 that's for sure. Plus the bigger problem was always with Greece, which have horrendous control.
  8. First exit polls for our parlamentary elections todays. GERB - 32,5% (Right, Euro, Conservatism). Our ruling party of PM Borisov, who have won every election since it's creation in 2007, bar the last presidential one in november. And their 4th time in 4 Parlamentary elections over 30%. Socialist Party - 28% (Left, Socialism, leans pro-russian). After their win in the Presidency, they had plans for a win here, but still they almost doubled their score from the last elections, which were an all-time low for them after a string of horrendous decisions. Guess many bulgarians have short memory..... DPS - 10% (Turkish/Gipsy minority party). - Slightly less than what they usually do United Patriots - 9,5 % (Nationalism, Euroscepticism) - Expected a little higher, again slightly worse than last time. Will - 5% (Nationalism, Populism) - New party by a businessman. I thought they would get a better result to be honest. Reformist Bloc - 4% (Right/Center, Euro) - 4% is the barrier for election, so they could very well go out when the official results come in. As for coalitions, the most likely would be GERB + Patriots + Reformatic Bloc +/- Will. Even without them, the other 3 will have majority. A pretty good chance that GERB will do all the ruling, while the smaller parties just bring in the numbers. The other coalition Socialists + Turkish, won't have a majority of votes and i don't think any of the other parties want to work with them. But still there is a possibility if the others don't reach an agreement, they'll give them a cabinet without a majority.
  9. I have no problem with that. So generous to give us a win against a strong team. Plus we get to preserve the head-2-head.
  10. Superb championships by team Homan, such dominance. Tough luck for Ana once again, her team-mates made many mistakes. Maybe she would be the next to get that elusive gold after 3 bronzes and 1 silver.
  11. Switzerland won't be womens world champions Canada, Russia, Sweden and Scotland on to the play-offs. Homan with a perfect record after the group stage, is this finally her championships.
  12. Everything last year was about politics and corrupt juries, so why would it be any different this year?
  13. Disolve the contest or move it to a country not at war, namely Bulgaria, the true winner of 2016
  14. For anyone that growed up with Looney Tunes, the real Foghorn Leghorn was spotted in the US.
  15. This week officially starts the new motorsport season with the return of F1. Also GP2 is now transformed into the Formula 2 banner (version 3.0 ) in an attempt from FIA to restructure the smaller formulas. There is also talk in the comming years to combine GP3 with F3 and make a defined pyramid of the classes, which we know has always been very blurry.
  16. WTA finals shoud always play on a saturday in joint events, or introduce 3rd set tie-breaks. Unbelievable slugfest... Wanted to see Fed-Stan final before i went to bed, now they won't even start.
  17. Darn it, i wanted 20 categories each. Oh well, there is always next time.
  18. It should have been Juve -PSG If there is a miracle and Juve go through it would be much sweeter though.
  19. So what else is new. Fourth place is our specialty, no matter the sport.
  20. Well, if they started correcting their mistakes and not only talking big bad words, people like Wilders would never be a factor. They may take this battle, but if things continue in the same direction, next time, next place, thing won't go their way. Things haven't been kumbaya for a long time.
  21. What happens, happens. Occidentali's Karma
  22. My thoughts exactly. It was well known for weeks that even if Wilders "won" he won't form a government, because noone wants to be in a coalition with him. People acting like it is some uprising against him. The internet
  23. Well, that is still only a fraction, unlike in other countries *cough* here *cough*, where the turkish party is the third biggest.
