My bet is 3 in both singles events. Less matches, and players already adapted at least a bit to the conditions.

My longest distance is 12km in 2016. Last year only 8km, and this I was so lazy I barely managed to run 6km for 30min. I do dream to run at least half marathon one day (until I get much older, obviously )

Kanepi is hit or miss and Halep is always struggling against big hitters on their good day, so nothing surprising here. Even if Halep passes this round it won't get better, unless Serena loses before 4th round.
