  1. But the final tally will be memorable And I would like him to pass Sampras (before he tries new philosophies and start kissing everyone instead of giving love to them)
  2. I like Delpo but sorry, I'll cheer for Novak. He lost godknowshowmany US Open finals so one more will be just too much. I will be happy with Delpo winning as well, he is simply too good to have only one GS, but will cheer for Novak more.
  3. Aaaaa, ages have passed since I laughed to this scene Brilliant
  4. That's why we'll finally make a deal at the end of this year for the particular scoring systems. If there is no sufficient discussion, I'll make decision unilaterally
  5. Cause I forgot to mention the equestrian contest to @Sindo
  6. I agree it will be inspiring but I simply cannot say wow because I watched most of her matches and the level was mediocre with only flashes of good points. The opposition is simply weak. But nevertheless, it is still huge achievement I also believe she's gonna be major contender for the next year too, and would like actually to see Osaka winning. She'd repeat Serena's 1999 that way, with IW and USO titles (although Serena won another three too)
  7. Мислиш да ће ово имати неки значајнији ефекат? Испраће Вучић народу мозак довољно, добиће и две године форе од Запада ако треба, а онда народ лепо на референдуму потпише.
  8. Yes, it is WTA. Hence 1-6, 6-1, 6-0
  9. No way. Osaka likes big scene and big matches. She'll be nervous and all, but I expect at least two games in each set. Obviously, if she allows 13 break points to Serena, Cause she'll use at least 1/3 of them
  10. Two Japanese players in a GS singles semifinals Curiousity - all three winners of men's quarterfinals lost the first set. Will Novak or Millman follow?
  11. Looks like routine win for Cilic
  12. It could be better option if there is greater number of matches where point differences go around and above 15 points... Are there let's say, more than 10 such matches? (I assume USA is going to take part in at least 5 such matches )
  13. What a random run for Albot and Jaziri as alternates all the way into GS semifinals!
  14. Looks like Francesca Schiavone has definitely retired
  15. Women's basketball world cup prediction contest is not opened yet, but before I open it I wanted to see whether you agree (more or less) with the scoring system I am going to propose: With the old system, 10 points were reserved for correct winner and 20 for the point difference. Hypothetically: Team A beats Team B by 1. User WWW predicts Team A to win by 21, User QQQ predicts Team B to win by 1. So according to the rules, User WWW will get 10 points only for right predicted winner and User QQQ 18 points for the point difference only! This simply does not make sense to me, no matter how far from the real result User WWW was. Right predicted winner is still right predicted winner. And it is possible that clear favorites may struggle and win by 1 instead by 21. With new system I am proposing, 15 points are reserved for correct winner and 15 points the point difference. In the case from the above hypothetical prediction User WWW would get 15 points and User QQQ will get 13 points. I think both sides should be satisfied. What is your opinion on this?
