  1. Đerek solid as always on the floor with very nice 13.575
  2. Better than 12.800 from last year. "Belorussian" gymnast Kylie Dickson had a nightmare on floor so looks like she might miss out (probably only the bottom two will miss out).
  3. Looks like you unveiled some conspiracy theory here.
  4. 50.599. At least that's higher than 49.133 from World Championships last year...
  5. Guy from Jordan completely destroyed most of his opponents though.
  6. Nassau, Bahamas Men's triple jump Troy Doris - 17.10
  7. Yemen was so close. Hopefully Jordan will qualify in -68kg, they already lost three semis here!
  8. Hamburg Marathon Men's Marathon Mumin Gala - 2:14:36 Jorge Castelblanco - 2:15:57 David Carver - 2:18:20 We are basically going to have like every nation competing in marathon with this generous standards. Women's Marathon Leila Luik - 2:42:11 Rosmery Quispe - 2:43:47 Estonian runner Leila Luik is very interesting. Her twin sisters (Liina and Lily) are already qualified in marathon so we are going to have an Estonian triplet in women's marathon. I think there is a very good chance that this is the first time that a triplet is going to compete at the Olympics!

  10. Finnish fencer defeats Heidemann in quarterfinals. No Olympics for London silver medalist.
  11. Finland and Norway also qualified individuals after a long time. It's the renaissance of the countries that were good in the early 20th century.
  12. As for the women's event, the minimum of 29 non-qualified (and non-African) nations with only individuals will qualify. If Germany qualifies a team then it will be 30. There are 32 such nations so only 2 will likely miss out. It could be only 1 if tripartite doesn't get allocated.
  13. Actually it's not Gonzalez, my mistake. Last direct qualifier is Lee from Chinese Taipei in 47th place.
  14. Nope, he is qualified. Tomas Gonzalez from Chile is the last secured qualifier in 45th place, everyone in front is in.
  15. If Netherlands qualifies men's team they will end 88 years long drought, the last time they had a team was in 1928.
  16. I'm not much of a gymnastics expert but I guess only Ukraine has a chance for team quota in last subdivision? I don't think that Belgium and Netherlands are good enough.
  17. Chinese Taipei and Slovenia are both already qualified in men's
  18. Apparently South Korean gymnast didn't get a score on the floor? Anyway, that's at least what live scores say. EDIT: Nevermind, I thought that South Korea wasn't qualified for some reason. It's irrelevant what their gymnast does here.
  19. Promising consistency. Guam should definitely invest something in this 37-year old.
  20. Looks like Dominican Republic did it in fencing. Already third sport where is going to be a newcomer!
  21. She'll get a wild card 100% (like she did in 2012). This could be something big for Lebanon. They haven't won an Olympic medal since 1980.
