Apparently the French are open to letting the Netherlands host short track as well. 

Going to very hard for  to get their total in 2030 with the axing of Nordic Combined and the return of Russia. 

Italy should deny the visas and let the IPC take them to court. I doubt they would bother. 
 
What will happen if a Russian or Belarusian wins gold. Will we see medalists walking off before the anthem if it’s allowed to be played. What happens if a Ukrainian wins the silver and/or bronze. If it was neutral like 2024 they be a bit less controversy.

I think there is a possibility UK Sport chooses to focus only on the Summer games as the winter games are not worth funding. Private funding is always possible.
