  1. well the polish judokas have improved a lot in this past year in today's grand slam they showed great judo and they deserved to get in those top 7
  2. here you have the final results from this grand slam enjoy
  3. A giat suprise in Paris grad prix Teddy Riner lost in the 4th round to Kokoro Kageura of Japan in golden score! Riner the current Olympic champions has not lost a fight in 9 consecive years(154 battles)
  4. https://www.miamiherald.com/sports/article240020808.html well she did 2:32:25 this year in an official contest this year and in practices and she did even better she started practicieing in our national olympic athleats team with the plan and thought that she will go to the olympics but since the Marathon will be on Saturday and another athleat already took the place instead of her it does not metter. the theme hear was about athleats who will miss this year's olympics and she is an exmple of it
  5. Well this how most of us will see it , but the rules of a religion, and any religion for that matter will be the chosen option in cases like that ,religious people are truly devoted to religion for better and for worse. Hope for her that in Paris 2024 she could and would compete she is has really interesting story and she is great inspiration for women Jewish and not, that even if you are a mother of 5 and choose a certain lifestyle you can find a way to combine it unfortunately for her and for us I think it won’t be in this time
  6. (Un)Popular opinion TISC need to get budget of the Eurovision since the people here actually know something about good music
  7. I am Jewish but not an Orthodox Jew myself and I have my opinion on them and yes my way of life is different than that of an Orthodox Jew . (not all the Jews are similar which I find weird to mention but apparently for some it’s necessary to know...)her anger at the decision of moving the date and place of the Marathon as she could compete at first but now not is reasonable in my opinion so here in Israel a lot of people including Jews Orthodox and Not (like myself) and Non Jews comfort her and tried to motivate her as she felts her dream was crashed while knowing that this change was necessary but it’s to a different discussion... But the most important is that being tolerant towards others is one of the best qualities that a one can have and I respect that
  8. I’ll tell you the truth for me it does not matter if you heard of her or not she is a part of a community that is worldwide found and known for not being that sport interest so when Beatie got the opportunity to compete but after the change that made by the Olympic Committee in the marathon date and location she could no longer participate meaning she could not compete so it’s not a question of knowledge of the athletes it’s about those who wanted but couldn’t as for the rest of your anti- Semitic comment I just pity you and felt that I have to remind you that this is no longer Berlin 1936... https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.olympic.org/news/amp/international-olympic-committee-announces-plans-to-move-olympic-marathon-and-race-walking-to-sapporo
  9. https://www.runnersworld.com/runners-stories/a25849102/beatie-deutsch-ultra-orthodox-marathoner/ Beatie Deutsch, she is an Orthodox Jew and also a Marathon runner that had the chance of representing Israel in this year's Olympic games but since the Marathon is held on saturday (Sabbath) she had to give up on this Olympics and she was pretty upset about that she won few marathons here and she concidered to be a pretty good runner but eventualy somone else got the place instead. it's pretty intresting and wierd story and tbh it would have been nice to see her representing Israel as well as the Orthodox jewish community

  12. mine is also Formidable and Carmen they got strong messages and lyrics and the music well...
  13. the fact that only years after they find that those athletes used is upseting
  14. All those cases is a great proof that the system of checking the athletes need to be more strict and the punishment need to be more harsh the point is that athletes will compete without drugs rather they will be caught and the story will be rolling all over again
  15. well as long as it is not in any shooting sport where if they are having a bad day one will "Accidentally" miss his shot... (just kidding of course)
