Ukrainians will be getting a shitload of funding following these memorable achievements at the European Championships. :champion:

Say what you want, but it's an honor for Dukach and Mandziy that they finished in the top ten as Bley and Egger :p.

  2. Does anyone know when the Pan American Championships are taking place this year? I mean men and women? As far as they are this year (from my calculations and Wikipedia) they should be played, but nowhere have I found neither the dates nor the teams that are participating.

We also have Scott Waites and Wesley Harms joining the PDC for the first time. :d I don't know why the BDO are still bothering.

Finally, one would like to say Waites has been promoted to PDC. He was in BDO for 16 years and finally someone appreciated him! Harms and his throwing 19 triple fetish, ahh I remember how he beat in this way in the 2011 BDO Bunting final.

Oh well, after Harms vs Harryson, they showed the match statistics....and showed 2-2 as final standing :p

It's BDO, if something smells wrong, looks wrong and seems to be wrong, trust that it's wrong.

I already know why Eurosport Polska pulled the sails and no longer deigns to broadcast us from BDO.

I’d be fine if NBC didn’t show the Parade of Nations. That’s when I take my nap. Wake me up when Bach starts to ramble on.

I like the Parades of Nations there, because I always make riddles for those who associate with me how many are able to recognize the warriors of a given country. Although I must admit that when I watched the ceremonies in Pyeongchang, it was very long and long and long, and I didn't even remember the moment of lighting the candle. I remember more from Rio, when we talked with a lot of people about the goals of the Polish team for these games, or the chances of how many medals Poland will win.

Did anybody actually prefer the mass start format to the pursuit format for the final climb?

I didn’t watch most of the Tour because I find it boring, so it didn’t make a huge difference to me.

In my opinion, the quintessence of Tour de Ski is this ascent to Alpe Cermis. Since Justyna Kowalczyk has ceased to dominate in the races, it is for this ascent that I only watch this stage of the Tour de Ski. This year I tried to watch the whole thing, but after the first two stages I got the Tour de Norway again, so I quit, but the last race with me is regardless of the previous solutions I have to watch.

I prefer Andrzej Mielczarek whom I've first heard doing F1 highlights for TVP in the early 90s. I suspect Mielczarek & Gac are still doing WTCR together for Eurosport now?

Exactly. I'm not a big fan of motorsport, but after leaving the station of Adam Widomski and Sławek Szymczak, there are no personal details in Eurosport, that's why the duo Gac & Mielczarek is most likely to be heard. I wonder how they will solve it this year during the relationship with Le Mans. They will probably need meals in the form of Łukasz Siudak and Wojtek Jakubczyk.

I remember Grzegorz Gac from way back in the 90s. He's been quite annoying as commentator for some time

If you don't have what you like, you like what you have . Yesterday and for several days Grzegorz Jędrzejewski from Polsat will replace him, because Gac got delegations and reports from the place of events.

Is Bundesliga still broadcasted on Eurosport?

It sure helps a lot of winter sports where Germany usually excells has Eurosport coverage.

Back to Dakar, Jakub Przygonski lasted all of 146 km before his gearbox broke

Honestly? I have no idea but I will ask a friend who sits in these TV rights and knows where what and how.
I appealed to Germany because Grzegorz Gac (Polish Eurosport commentator and Polish chronicle voice from this rally) https://twitter.com/GrzegorzGGac/status/1212545982061273094

Great shame for Kuba, second year with a gearbox problem. On the plus side, Aron Domżała's great attitude so far, which surprises me in SSV :d.

What's the SSV category and why are so many viechles there? :d.

With the time zone this year, Eurosport can make the show more informative, since the results would be know when they air the shows in the evening.

As for reports on Eurosport, despite the fact that the results will be known, etc., the accounts will continue as chronicles around 23. I personally regret this, because I miss live inserts, e.g. from the finish line. As I read the statements of Polish Eurosport journalists, it is related to the fact that Eurosport is an international station and, for example, the German-language version is best watched at this time.
