    wins!!! Not only is this a historic win for Czech baseball in it's own right, but this also puts them in the driver's seat for automatic qualification for 2026.

    Ukraine is one of the traditional powers in Counter Strike. So is Russia, obviously, but unlike all those fake esports (minus Grand Turismo) CS is actually popular in Ukraine.

    Ya this gives me less than any confidence in the IOC’s understanding of esports. That games lineup is… yikes.

    It isn’t somewhere where novice jumpers can practice. It can be used as a practice facility for elite jumpers, but that doesn’t help at all for the grassroots.

    Just a crazy achievement by Loutitt. This sport gets no support and no coverage in Canada. This team is really doing it on their own, that they could produce a world champion is insane.

    Not bad for a team that has no funding, practice facilities or anywhere for kids to learn the sport.

    If you don’t understand why there is no interest in the FISU Games’ Park and Pipe events then you don’t understand Park and Pipe. It’s just not a relevant competition for those sports.

    The current deal with NBC expires after the 2032 games, so I think how LA goes matters a lot more than how Paris goes.
