I think the term “nominated athletes” on that Wikipedia page is a bit misleading. Very few countries have nominated any athletes for Tokyo yet. My site here shows those that have been nominated (highlighted yellow) https://bluecattechnical.shinyapps.io/RoadtoTokyo Along with the number of qualified athletes by event and nation at the bottom of the “Required Score...” tab

yes we certainly have UK athletes who still count Berlin 2018 results in their ranking score. See rule 1.2.4.c

She did achieve the Olympic standard, but three Germans have already qualified in women's discus, Claudine Vita, Nadine Muller and Kristin Pudenz, so Germany has filled its quota.
I only include athletes from nations who haven't yet filled its quota on a distance or in a discipline. Otherwise, I would have hundreds of Kenyans and Ethiopians in marathon.

A few comments about this week's update:
Thea Lafond becomes the small island nation's first athlete to qualify for Tokyo.
Harry Coppell jump of 5.80m in Rouen is not listed on WA's season lists. It's marked with an "UNC". I'm not sure what this remark means? However, British Athletics mention it as an Olympic standard, so I will include him on my list: https://www.britishathletics.org.uk/news-and-features/weekend-update-10-02-2020/
Lastly, as you can see, I still include Russian athletes in my updates and list. Currently WA doens't give ANA-status to any Russian athletes. If WA again begins to give ANA-status to some Russian athletes, it's not certain any former performances under flag will count. This could mean Morgunov would have to achieve the Olympic standard again to qualify. Nevertheless, I will continue to include any Russian athlete who achieves the Olympic standard in my updates and list. Bear in mind, my list of qualified athletes it's not a perfect resemblance of the final start lists for Tokyo.

21-year-old Jemma Reekie has set a new British indoor 800m record in Glasgow with a time of 1:57.91. Her former personal best was 2:01.45 (outdoor). Reekie’s time is the fastest time set since 2006 on a indoor 800m and it moves her to 11th on the world all-time list on women's indoor 800m. Laura Muir finished second in 1:58.44.
There has also been some discussion about footwear. It has been stated by some that Jemma Reekie and Laura Muir used a new Nike prototype of spikes. These types of spikes are only available to selected elite athetes sponsored by Nike.
It has to be said it is not clear if Reekie used the new protoype during the race, as it appears to be Muir who is holding the shoes on the picture to the right.

@Johne
I have a question. Does your Road-To-Tokyo tool take indoor performances into account? I'm asking because it seems high jumper Darryl Sullivan's jump of 2.33m doesn't appear on your list from this week's update.

After some quiet weeks, we can finally add some more athletes to the list of qualifed athletes for Tokyo 2020.
In the women's marathon in Houston, Ursula Sanchez was really close to achieve the Olympic Standard with a 6th place and a time of 2:29:32. Only 2 seconds shy of the Olympic Standard!

Johne reacted to Sindo in Totallympics Announcements Thread
Hello everyone and happy 2020
We are into the Olympic Year, Tokyo 2020 will be the third summer Olympic Games since Totallympics' birth (March 2011). The last summer Olympic year was unfortunate for the forum because in 2016 we lost everything and we started again from scratch (for users who joined the forum later: this is the reason why you will not find posts before March 2016).
With the new start, Totallympics changed its skin a little bit, in the old forum we were collecting results of a huge number of sports events. And this is something I would like to start again, of course with the users' help.
In the past few weeks, I have been thinking about and already found some ways to speed up and make it easier the process of copy-pasting results. I am in touch with @Johne, the guy who is working on the IAAF Road to Tokyo Ranking lists. The idea is to find a tool to quickly convert pdf result files into tables we can post here on the forum (or on our results portal). He is working with the R language and has opened a GitHub project about that, so if someone has some skills he/she will be able to help as well.
Of course, I can't realize all this alone, so to make it possible we would need users who are willing to contribute in their free time, without being paid but just for their passion for sports. The more we are, the most events we can provide results for, and the ideal thing would be each user to contribute in his/her favorite sport(s) so that most of the sports will be covered.
Basically the main idea would be to start from our Calendar, where we have all the international sports events listed, and provide links to results, which could be either to our results portal or, to speed up the process, to external results websites. The same could be applied for the schedule of each event before the event start.
I will use this thread to keep you updated about our progresses and of course if anyone has any idea feel free to share it here. This is a long term project and it goes beyond Tokyo 2020, but it would be nice to start working during the Olympic year.

Yes and that can end up being a bit problematic for World Athletics (formerly known as IAAF) as @Johne has tweeted.

If this is confirmed then Liam Adams' 6th at the Gold Coast Marathon becomes 5th and therefore means he's got the standard

No, they are not included in the cap of every single event.
There is a cap of 1900 athletes in athletics overall which include the relay athletes and universality places. If you add up all the the athlete quotas in every event, you get 1874 athletes. This means that there are 26 athlete quotas for those athletes who only run relay and universality places.

Thanks for sharing, that’s my site. All data is taken directly from the iaaf world rankings and top lists. I try to do an update every Wednesday evening in line with when the iaaf updates their world rankings. But let me know if you spot any errors or something that could be improved.

Ah yes. In the event drop down there is an “All” option as last in the list. So check “show all”, select All for event and then filter by nationality. This will show all athletes with the standard for that nation. It doesn’t show those within the quota though as that’s a bit more complicated. Also because it’s a mix of events the qual column will be in seconds or metres as appropriate rather than showing a more readable time.
Cheers
john

Just letting you all know of an update to my Road To Tokyo tool. The data capture process now reads performances (IAAF Top List) as well as the IAAF World Rankings. The filtered rankings, e.g. top 3 per nation, are based on athletes with the standard first (ordered by performance), then athletes without the standard (ordered by IAAF world rankings points as before). Unfortunately it doesn't take account of the oddities like finishing in the top 10 at a Gold Level marathon where athletes are awarded the standard irrespective of time. If you select "See All" you'll see all the athletes who have the standard.
The tool is hosted (replicated) in the following 2 locations:
