A great day for Peru in team sports: 0-15 in softball, 7-52 in handball.

Here we go, the 1000 heats of the men's 50m freestyle. And who finished in last place in the first heat... yeah, Equatorial Guinea home of swimming legends.

Most of the time yes, but I clearly remember 4 years ago watching field hockey and handball games that did not involve our team on their streams (they just left the camera there all day without commentary).

I got to watch squash and softball today. Thank you tyc and my cable provider (Just be patient guys, i'm sure there will be more free streaming from them saturday onwards, not just beach volleyball forever)

Our tv just showed a close up of King's touch. It seems she makes a very soft touch with her left hand while she makes a strong one with the right hand. Maybe the left hand wasn't registered.

Today I was able to watch some court 2 beach volleyball (ARG-TTO) and the ARG-USA handball game on tyc sports (on tv I mean). Both filmed by tyc with their own cameras. Unfortunately, it seems that on "tyc sports play" the stream was behind some subscription wall (whenever you see a key on the stream thumbnail, that means you need the stupid subscription). We'll see what happens when the games start, maybe they will be more "open" then. I'll keep you updated.

I fear something like this could happen to football in the future if UEFA continues to increase it's economic power. Champions league will be more important than world cup like NBA is more important than FIBA.

Muñiz has been out of surfing for like 6 months (He had some psychological issue, I don't understand well). He came back recently in one competition but very out of shape. I'm not expecting anything from him here.
