    Essentially the IOC allows that for the Summer Olympics. Maybe they should build in an up to 20 extra quotas each cycle the IOC could hand out to countries not qualified after recommendation from IFS

    Looks like the IBSF removed the top 60 or top 45 rules for Skeleton. This means is second in the women's reallocation list (likely first, because I doubt would accept a reallocate spot)

    I can't see Moldova declining. So perhaps there were other declines as well or maybe another winter IF making up their own rules

    Blame the IOC. I fear for 2026. Women's Nordic Combined (20-25 quotas) plus ski mountaineering (48 quotas) will need to be found.
