  1. Thanks, this stream is much more live than the other one.
  2. Read my other reply, I was absolutely joking and the same time trying to jinx the outcome (usually it works)
  3. I’m watching on the ISU YouTube channel, is your stream that far ahead of it? It only just finished now for me.
  4. Only one through to the final in the men’s 1500m
  5. Oh wait, might’ve missed the sarcasm?
  6. I was joking, but this seems like a little bit of a stretch when our women’s team, while they still win medals, aren’t dominant like the men. Maybe if we had five entries in each event, but that probably still won’t happen, podium sweeps rarely ever happen at the World Cup/Olympic Stages even with how dominant our men have been, there’s always the possibility of falls, and they still have the Koreans, the Velzeboers, Santos-Griswold, Desmet, Fontana to compete against that can all beat them.
  7. Sarault Swept all nine races at the Canadian Championships, and continues her strong start to the season with gold in the 1000m!
  8. Gold for Courtney Sarault in the women’s 1000m!
  9. Gold and bronze for William Dandjinou and Steven Dubois in the men’s 500m at the ISU Montreal WC! 4th for Maxime Laoun.
  10. Brunelle last in her 1000m semifinal Complete disaster, I wouldn’t be surprised if our women’s team doesn’t win a single medal at Milano-Cortina
  11. I love short track, so much drama. Two falls in quick succession.
  12. Totally, I did think she would’ve gotten third at worst and a time Q though. 1:29 low should be enough for Choi.
  13. And now Santos Griswold out in the quarterfinals of the 1000m ! Wow
  14. Dae-Heon out in the quarterfinals of the 500m
  15. 5th for Cochrane/Hancock in the women’s event at the U18 World Championships! Took the first set of the quarterfinal match.
  16. I’ll try and take a crack at predicting the pool stage outcome, let’s not come back to this in a month though because chances are I’ll be way off as usual whenever I make predictions Men A: Mol/Sørum and Heidrich/Jordan B: Boermans/De Groot and Mol/Berntsen C: Åhman/Hellvig and George/Saymon D: Henning/Wust and Evandro/Arthur (again, deviating from seeding) E: Bryl/Losiak and Dressler/Waller F: Pedrosa/Campos and Diaz/Alayo G: Holting Nilsson/Andersson, Bello/Bello H: Plavins/Fokerots, Perusic/Schweiner I: Schalk/Shaw, Penniga/Immers J: Cherif/Ahmed, Hammarberg/Berger K: Ehlers/Wickler, Scachter/Pickett (maybe it’s wishful thinking ) L: Bassereau/Aye, Grimalt/Grimalt Lucky Losers: Andre/Renato, Carracher/Nicolaidis, Rotar/Gauthier Rat, Budinger/Evans
  17. Åhman/Hellvig almost surely will advance but pool C Pool of death.
  18. Overall, pool L looks the strongest in terms of all four teams. Pool G and I could be other interesting ones.
  19. Pointsbet Invitational Men 1. Team Dunstone 2. Team Jacobs 3. Team McEwen 3. Team Epping Olympic Trials is getting interesting. Could see Epping, Dunstone, Gushue, Jacobs and McEwen all winning. Women 1. Team Homan 2. Team Brown 3. Team Peterson 3. Team Einarson Full Results
