  3. Actually, it’s an honest mistake. He only qualified in breaststroke, but of course, it is difficult to say as the official documents are in Spanish and we don’t have big names in swimming. But given some recent performances I’m rooting for at least a couple more quotas in men’s and same number in women’s later this year or next one.

Canada's only Olympian in this sport Daniel Gayainsky retired. He was named to the North American Qualifier team. Haya Jumaa also gave birth recently and obviously didn't compete at the qualifiers. Arguably two of the best Canada has seen.

  12. I think it has a lot to do with the recent WWE vs UFC affair, with the latter buying a more and more struggling WWE. some cut to the rosters and the payrolls in the US fake wrestling industry might have pushed him to reconsider the Olympic glory (and some new contracts a second Olympic gold medal would bring him).

I was. Funny though, Bolivia didn’t enter a full women’s team like last time, where they surprise everyone snatching a spot.

  20. Erik Karlsson is the 6th defenseman in the history to hit 100 points in one season. And that in one of the worst teams in the league. Elias Pettersson also made his first 100 points season. Right now two goalies top the goalie stats, Linus Ullmark and Filip Gustavsson. Not too bad for Sweden.
