Without any surprise, Italy was eliminated in the 1st phase.

Honestly I expected a lost against Greece but I was really disappointed about ITA v. BIH match, it was a complete disaster, our shoot percents was embarrassing, our tactics was even worst.

So, as usually, one step ahead and three behind.

Draw for the Women's European Championships 2022:

Groep A (Ljubljana): Noorwegen, Hongarije, Kroatië , Zwitserland.
Groep B (Celje): Denemarken, Zweden, Slovenië, Servië.
Groep C (Skopje): Frankrijk, Nederland, Noord-Macedonië, Roemenië.
Groep D (Podgorica): Polen, Montenegro, Duitsland, Spanje.

Very balanced draw. The ECh are an important tournament for the Olympic qualification. Winners will qualify for Paris, other countries may qualify for one of the three qualification tournaments (depending the results of 2023 World Championships).

Who are favourites to make the final ? Whom do you think might/ should get the olympic quota from this championships?

:NOR:DEN  and maybe :HUN:ESP:NED:MNE . I expect many close matches. But Norway, Denmark and France (already qualified as the host nations) are the greatest favourites in my opinion to win the ECh-title.

There's absolutely no way that we will make it to the final. Trust me, we are weak as hell, at best we will reach the Top8 thanks to the lucky draw.

:NOR  :SWE  :DEN  from Path A/B

:FRA  :NED  :ESP  :MNE  :GER  from Path C/D

Those are the 8 strongest teams in Europe right now. We are lucky, we will only have to beat :SRB  and :CRO to be in the Top8, which seems easier than beating the Germans or Montenegro.

I would say that we are part of the "second tier" of nations right now, which consist of :HUN  :ROU  :SRB  :CRO  :POL

And then the "third tier" of this ECh, the supposedly weakest teams are :SUI  :SLO  :MKD

And yeah, because of the Russian ban and France already having a quota, I would say that :NOR are the heavy favorites to take this quota.

I Would Like :GER or :DEN
