France is quickly turning into one of those countries where they only care if they have a chance at winning a medal, completely ignoring that athletes typically don't go from unknown to world champs overnight.

yes, it's really respectful for the riders, hope we can qualify the team at the European championships.

Scandal in the French federation. Despite puting the maximum number of names in the nominative entries, the French federation eventually decided not to send dressage team at all! Nominated riders are quite angry.

The Barbançon sisters (Morgan was a Olympian in London) change alliegance from Spain to France cause they have an easier way of making the team  there and now they don't even get to compete.

Karma?

My thoughts exactly. :d

And even funnier thing is that Morgan would have quite possibly made the Spanish team this time...

:GER Germany has finally announced its dressage team...

Sonke Rothenberger (Cosmo)

Dorothee Schneider (Sammy Davis Jr.)

Jessica von Bredow-Werndl (TSF Dalera)

Isabell Werth (Bella Rose)

Reserve: Helen Langehanenberg (Damsey)

German selectors have lost their mind apparently. Langehanenberg got robbed of her place, as she is quite clearly the 3rd best right now. Schneider should have been the reserve. Also they chose Bella Rose instead of Weihegold for Werth... Good luck with that.

The Dutch dressage coach is no longer the Dutch dressage coach, rather unfortunate moment. There won't be a new coach as of yet, private coaches and the technical director will take over for the WEG.
