Actually, it seems like GBR will make a substitution because of that, like it will be possible at the Olympics. Sommerville will replace Keen, and I think this substitution costs 20 penalties (not sure though).

Wait, what? Katrin Khoddam-Hazrati was eliminated in dressage, didn't start cross-country, but now she is show jumping for the Austrian team!

 

This format is going to be an epic mess in Tokyo, with 15 teams competing.

But why GBR is only 4th? It's a mistake? Btw, this format sucks
