meteorologists annunced it already yesterday, so the organizers decided to swap the runs, first they had the slalom run in order to be able to adjust the track for the super-G.

 

However the snowfall was too heavy, so they had to cancel it for today, still considering to move the event later, but apparently not many teams want it so much like we or the swiss...I can already feel the complete cancellation, which would mean we will have only 1 AC now in the future in Beijing next year

Tomorrows W & M Super-G are also in doubts, but the organizers are working hard to prepare the track.

 

Later this afternoon is schedulled another team captains meeting where they will discuss the final situation about todays cancelled W AC and see if there a possiblity to move the event to another date or just completely cancel it. "In the afternoon, all involved teams will meet. I believe we will find a solution. We have several options. It's not just about the sports side, but also about the marketing coverage - television broadcasting and the approval of sponsors,"

 

About the weather forecast, According to the organizers, a temporarily more stable weather can be expected on Tuesday, but a significant improvement will not come until Thursday. "We do not expect new snow until Tuesday evening. However, the forecast for Wednesday is not good again. The stable positive forecast will not come until Thursday, and the long-term forecast then assumes ten days without weather problems,"

M Super-G moved from tomorrow to Thursday 13:00 CET.  W Super-G still schedulled for tomorrow 10:30 CET.

W Super-G moved to 13:00 CET (Only in case If the organizers will be able to prepare the piste)

 

M Super_G officially moved to Thursday, that means the 1st M Downhill training originally schedulled for Thrusday is cancelled, there will be only  M Downhills Trainings this time.

 

Still nothing new about eventual postponing of todays cancelled W Alpine Combined.

W Alpine Combined moved to next Monday February 15th

Too bad it turned out this way. Women's combined going first would have given it some much needed extra publicity.
