Can't use a VPN right now unfortunately, maybe in time for the women's finish :p

Meanwhile I found this live blog which is also very useful :cheer:

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

yeah, that's the main Italian sports website...they follow carefully almost everything...

p.s. it looks that we're going to have another French Gold medal (but I still keep my fingers crossed for Ruffini to make a strong finish and upset Reynaud...and Furlan + Drattsev are not out of contention yet)...

great finish of this race...

And Bridi is in the lead group in the women's race with 2-3km to go (with Cunha and Van Rouwendaal, which is quite amazing considering Van Rouwendaal is barely recovered from mononucleosis).

c'mon!!! what a mistake by Furlan! he has just thrown the Gold medal away...he started his forcing too late and came just short...:wall:

Ruffini instead suddenly just lost his energy and at the end he's only 4th (and should have been disqualified for the move on Drattsev in the last 20 meters, too)...

p.s. now the usual rai TV...they're not going to follow the rest of the women's race because of a senseless news program...

hopefully they are back at least for the last few meters of the girls...

Reading about a red flag, so that DSQ might be on it's way....swimming 5 hours for a DSQ, damn.

By the way:

Was this Ruffini's last career race? :yikes:

Dutch federation says Schouten doesn't finish 8th but 9th. "DSQ seemed to be on it's way but didn't happen"
