Alright. I was thinking about Brazil's quota place in the men's 58 kg. They have already selected their player in that category, until the Tripartite Commission had decided to send someone instead of Venilton Teixeira, which would not be fair for the Brazilians and other unqualified nations competing in the men's 68 kg, particularly on Afghanistan.

weird how an athlete who competed in the 58kg event in qualification is given a wildcard in the 68kg event. Afghanistan was robbed.

Nope. The Somalian will compete in the 68 kg category. MasTaekwondo had committed a mistake on the English translation.
