The record for summiting all 8000m peaks by one person was broken today. A Nepalese climber managed to climb all the peaks in one climbing season (from May 2019-Oct 2019). He beats the previous record by 7 years. What a feat! What a day for mountaineering!

Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell have successful free soloed a second Route up El Captain. Amazing achievement. The route was deemed impossible past the the halfway point, but these days the impossible is becoming the possible in many sports.

Apparently the feat is not great enough for his name to be mentioned :p

It was late, and I was lazy. I also refrained from posting his name later, bucease a minor journalist, like myself, dropped a bombshell report that he may have missed one of the summits (technically) because he summited in the wrong spot or something. The UIAA and Himalaya Project are working to verify his record from my understanding

Dude thats damn boring.

Quickly gaining popularity as a college and beach sport in North America. The game I shared isn’t the best example, so apologies for that. There have been some damn good exciting matches though.
