yes only 3 events but maybe there is some quotas by repechages after 30/05

for the continental qualifier how do we know indias chances to qualify one athelete is there some ranking of the different countries in each continent

There are 20 wild cards in judo so we should be quite confident. Btw, I found the list of currently qualified countries. Currently we have 113. https://www.judobase.org/#/ogq/country

 

They have finally remembered to remove Tahiti and New Caledonia, but they still have Curacao on the list. That quota should go to Bolivia so it's still 113 though.

Vanuatu should also be included in the continental allocation. Because Oceania will definitely fail to fulfill its allocation, one of these unused places will be awarded to Slovakia instead.
