yeah sure, i just get the impression that level of Winter Universiades gets just a bit lower and lower and becomes seemingly weaker than Summer one. Still it`s nice to have it around, some Polish athletes will finish their careers with some int. medals

According to the current schedule, the flower ceremony for the women's 3000m will be held before the actual competition.
