So far I'd put Montenegro in 2nd place behind Albania, or maybe tied for 1st. Way above the first 3 + Belgium.

I dont know  It is not great, it's just the rest of the songs so far seem so... melancholic and slow, and I always preffered more "joyful" songs at Eurovision.
