I was really counting on the Olympics being a positive distraction from getting dumped, but it’s just making me more depressed tbh 🫠

I just wanted to be entertained for my week off instead of traveling, and it's been terrible. I'm tired of watching Canadians lose. Nothing we can do, though.

I’m worried about the Paralympics now… I don’t even want to watch them, for fear of being disappointed. Which is totally unfair to them, I realize. 
 

(but maybe I’ll have stopped crying while eating junk food in the fetal position on my bed by then LOL)

Canada's ski cross team 

 

2010: 1 gold

2014: 1 gold, 1 silver

2018: 2 golds, 1 silver

2022: 1 silver

2026: None make semi-finals

 

How far we've fallen.

None of the men made the semifinals in 2022 as well
