If we look at the 2022 olympics many of the medalists qualified with 5-4, including the scottish women who took gold (also the previous time Scottish women won gold in 2002, they did it with 5-4)

- Women: Great Britain (gold) and Japan (silver)  

- Mixed Doubles: Sweden (bronze)

- Men: Canada (bronze) and USA (4th)

Not really that uncommon to get a couple of teams with a big lead, and then a pack at 5-4.

So after 9 we are  6  5 & Scotland have the hammer so Italy will need a big end to win.

Big action in division B since Ukraine in the first time in our history qualified to playoffs from third place after beating Latvia 7-6
