Meanwhile France rises to second place in the standings, tied with Canada on points but have so far scored points from more juries. Notably Ireland fail to score points for the first time. Could this be the start of a downward trend? Only time will tell.

 

We have time to get the points from one more jury, and the jury with the honour of closing the morning session voting goes to the national jury of Kazakhstan!

Thank you Kazakhstan! Let's take a look at the standings as we head into our first break of the day.

 

Ireland are in the lead with 68 points followed by France, who have had a strong finish to the first session and lie in second place on 45 points.

Romania overtakes Canada to claim a top 3 position for the first time on 36 points and Mexico rounds off the top 5.

 

At the other end of the table, India are the only nation still awaiting their first score of the day but with 3 more sessions still to go, all of this can change as it often does in TISC!
