I am assuming the FIS will fight very hard to keep it. From a substainability standpoint it also really doesn’t make that much sense to axe Nordic combined as long as ski jumping is in the games anyway. For the same reason that all three sliding sports are basically a package that will live and die together. -

I think Fialkova is 2nd on the World Cup all-time list for most podiums without a win. Olena Petrova still leads there and Marie-Laure Brunet is 3rd IIRC but I need to check that. -

First event at the World juniors (team events) had 6 nations win medals. -
I hope they keep it. Even though the sport doesn't exist in Slovakia at all, it's still very exciting to watch. -

will miss this stage because of the Middle East war, since the flights with Qatar Airways have been cancelled and can't be replaced in time (especially for the bicycles)
