Now we get three weeks of frustration until the Levi Slaloms & the Scandi biathlon pre-seasons.

Levi — as always — favors strong upper-body skiers, since it’s a course with FANTASTIC grip. Tóth (bib 60!) is provisionally qualified for the second run; off the top of my head, I don’t remember any Hungarians making the top 30 before in slalom

I just checked, it’s actually the third time in women’s slalom (the first two were both in 1976)

Seems like Shiffrin is past her physical and mental problems after last seasons injury.

Paula Moltzan  with an impressive second run to boost her from 19th to 4th!  Mikaela was the only one to beat her time in Run 2. Gold for  !

With the ever-changing world around us, there are still a few things that are constant year after year, and in this case it's Levi being the most boring round in every alpine skiing season (for me). I almost fell asleep twice while watching the second run.
