Is it possible that around 2004 and Athens OG this forum or its predecessor existed?

No, it was opened in March 2011, then relaunched from scratch in March 2016.

I remember that I went a sports forum by accident a long time ago, around 2004/2005?, but I didn't visit it again after that and forgot what it was named. I thought it might be a predecessor to this forum, or maybe someone was posting somewhere back then and knew something.

Now I checked that this forum exists since 2016... Btw, our Lorenzo Finn is 1 month younger than the young Slovak girls, but unfortunately he was 4 seconds away from the podium today :(

It has been around for a long time, but version 1.0 of Totallympics was taken down and the forum was offline for a few months in 2016.

Marianne Vos will not start on Saturday. Her father had a medical procedure a few days ago, and she has decided to not travel to Kigali and stay with her family.

Generally, there was no social media in that time and there weren't many sports forums: more chat rooms or something similar. But I remember stumbling upon one such public forum in English around Athens in 2004, but I didn't write down the address and couldn't find it again. Or maybe it was so long ago that I just imagined it:lol:

Tough racing in Kigali - because it is a mega-criterium, riders that fall off the back of the peloton are just yanked into the pits to watch on TV.  :shame:

Chladoňova crashes in the worst possible place.

40k to go only 20 or so left.

Aussie girl has gears stuck.  "Tough luck, mate, only one spare bike & it ain't for you!" says mech.  :(

One lap to go & gruppo compato of 12-15 riders left.....and they make the classic mistake of relaxing & letting the second group back on.

I mean, it's not like the Ukrainian federation, or any single federation for that matter, has the power to strip her of her world and European championships medals I hope (not for her sake, but because that would be a super weird precedent)
