I mean, he rides like he is not in any physical trouble at all, and judging by that, they are actually making the conscious choice not to win this Giro. It is outright bizarre.

What is a bit sad is that I have not seen one  flag out there.  Of course, it is not part ofthe culture as it is for  &  but all the same.....history is being made.
