Ski Jumping at the Nordic Skiing FIS World Championships 2025

Recommended Posts

Due to lack of NH events during World Cup this one is always bound to throw a surprise. Lindvik basically did nothing all season and the Norwegian ski jumping has struggled with all the funding issues but here they are with old on home turf.

One bronze is bad for Austria but I'm convinced they'll bounce back on LH :p

These are certainly not as serious problems as they used to be in Finland, which went from being a hemomon to a weakling in this sport. Norway certainly still spends more money on ski jumping than Poland, Slovenia, or Japan.

And if they stop Ski Jumping would go down to only

Germany and Austria being properly competitive for the men with Slovenia only competitive for the Women.

Geiger's suit was suspicious as hell based on landing stills that can be found on twitter. Thankfully he didn't win a medal ;)
