As I believe you've posted every single season, after commenting on recent results, suggesting enough interest to keep checking the results again and again only to be able to say "I don't care" :p

Checking results & watching the sport are two different things :p

Plus thanks to @hckošiceI know the results faster than if I checked them on FIS website (which I don't).

:ITA Cassol won the Prologue :yikes:

The new Italian star is here, quick someone ping our friend @copravolley :p

Let's see, if she will have the tactics to navigate the elimination rounds and how far will she go.

If we see Davos, definitely nope :p

Very seldom happens though.

Wow, full snow cover at :ITA Toblach, how often does that happen?

According to italian TV, it's the hottest (in terms of temperature degrees) race of the season so far :yikes:

Depends where you are measuring. Usually half the valley is sunny enough to plant grapes, the other half is like Mordor.

More World Cup.points for :AND!  :cheer:

In the knockout phase everything went back to normal: one Pellegrino in the semi-finals and the rest out. What`s worse Pellegrino is no longer in such great shape and does not stand on the podium anymore. I don`t see any hope. Everything has been based on one Pellegrino for 15 years :( Other teams are introducing young players: USA, Switzerland, USA and we haven`t been able to stand on the podium in the women's team since 2011... Let Cassol stand on the podium 1-2 times at the beginning, even in 3rd place, then we can have hope.

In alpine skiing it's the same, there's the great Brignone at 34, then Bassino around 30 and then there's the problem of advancing to 30. Look at the results of today's giant slalom.

    • Well, it still hasn’t settled in an hour later.   This team has given me so many heartbreaks over the years it’s actually insane. I can’t imagine having to endure to this for multiple decades. Even if we have some luck, we’re just not destined to finish the job.   I don’t know. This sucks. Everyone in the country would be over the moon if someone told us about finishing fourth before the tournament, but it just sucks. Not getting to see them with the medals, not getting to see them cheerfuly answering questions from the media, I don’t know.   I mean, yeah, fourth place is great. No matter how the games looked like, we can claim we’re the fourth best team after the tournament, no one can take that away. But to imagine we were one game from celebrating with the players on the main square in the capital, I don’t even want to imagine. I don’t know.
