I am currently travelling, can summarize how many quotas have been declined? If it can be done for all the sports, youd be the real MVP

Very few so far.

Men:

:AND:BEL:DEN

Women:

:AND:LIE
:ARM:TPE must both decline at least one.

You should ask their federation, they haven't confirmed or turned down their quotas yet xD

They have enough eligible skiers to do so if they want.

In 2022, they had 2 quotas, but they only sent 1 person, who is training with Norway and he is a good skier- Maloney Westgaard. Other than him, no one from that country start in the World Cup.

There seems to be a lot less appetite to turn down quotas this time around.

It depends on the country, for example Denmark rejected it, but they didn't have to, because they guy had recently competed in Norway and had the right points to be at the Olympics.
