That's true. Her last race was last year in April. Let's see whether she will be back on piste. If not, does not have any other eligible athletes.

Canada rarely rejects quotas.

Last Olympics Canada only rejected a quota after they got to 8 female. Hard to say but they will probably take them.

Canada accepted both quotas. The allocation is complete.

For now. In previous Olympics changes still happened right up to the last minute. I still think that Kenya does not fill the women's quota and one more becomes available.
