A decent morning at the pool. 
 

Osrin and Shanahan qualified in the Women’s 200m Backstroke. Proud qualified 5th fastest in the Men’s 50m Free, Cohoon didn’t progress. Duncan Scott qualified 2nd in the Men’s 200m IM, Tom Dean also through. Women also qualified in the 4x200m Freestyle Relay.

Cohoon was way off qualifying with quite a poor performance from him.

Seonaid going very well after 2 phases of 3; currently 3rd on 398/400 with the standing rotation left

McIntosh having what can only be described as a disaster in the standing. She's going to miss the final by 1 place.

Unfortunately a very poor shoot in standing position see her drop from 3rd all the way out of the qualification spots to 10th.
